Hey! Thanks for wanting to know a little bit more about me!

I grew up in small town Wisconsin, lived in Minnesota for seven years and recently made my way home to Western Wisconsin where I live now with my husband Jake, sons Marshall and Miles, and daughter Meadow. Our home is on the edge of a farm in River Falls surrounded by fields and the most beautiful sunsets. My husband is a low voltage electrician with a hidden talent for shooting film and loves working on any kind of project he can get his hands on or tinkering with things that don't seem to be working as well as they could.

If you’re one for random facts, here are a few! I’m a huge journal fan and I’m always writing out lists. For me, paper over electronic, always! If you ever find me with a cup of coffee or tea, it'll probably be unintentionally cold. And I don't own a microwave so it'll stay that way until I make a new cup! You can also find me cuddled up with a good book I've been trying to read for too long, or playing with the kids on the floor with books, legos, or anything Spider Man. Popcorn will always be a meal. My laundry is never done. Fall is my favorite season. There’s something about Fall in the Midwest and the feeling you get from the cool morning air that I'm just obsessed with. I try to cherish the small things, live slowly and romanticize the every day.
