Why invest in a Coordinator

You’ve been dreaming about your wedding day since you were little. The colors, decor, and venue has been in a folder on your laptop for ages. You have everything in order and have enjoyed having friends and family help you along the way. The last thing on your to-do list is get married and enjoy the day. It’s easier said than done! If you were the person in contact with all the vendors and your venue, then chances are that on your big day, you’ll still be that main person of contact.

To be 100% immersed in your wedding day and fully enjoy it, you’ll want to have a Coordinator! As your go-to person my mission is to take all the stress off your shoulders so you can live in the moment as bride & groom. Instead of setting up decor and panicking if the floral arrangements will be on time, enjoy a mimosa with your wedding party. I’ll take on all vendor questions, be there for set up, and guarantee a smooth flowing day. I strive to stick to the wedding day timeline to make sure everything is flawless and nothing is rushed. I’ll help wrangle stray family members for family photos and make sure “Uncle Bob” isn’t drinking too much at the bar. I’ll distribute tips, tie up loose ends with any vendors, and make sure we’re in good communication with the venue coordinator.

A lot of people say that your wedding day will be over in the blink of an eye. When it’s over, instead of thinking about all the hiccups and stress, give yourself the ultimate gift of remembering your wedding day with only happiness and excitement. By investing in a coordinator you can fully enjoy the day and be present with the loved ones who matter most.

About Tori

Hey there! I’m originally from St. Paul, MN but found my way to Hudson, WI with my husband Tim. I’ve been married for almost 11 years now, and am a new Mama to my son River.

Some things about me; I love being in Wisconsin. I’ve learned to embrace the midwest after wanting to move for most of my life. The seasons, the hot dish, the cows, and the cornfields have slowly stolen my heart.

One of my favorite things is my paddle board. During the summer months I want to always be on the water. Either the St. Croix river (which I named my son after) or on any lake. When there’s snow on the ground I’m itching to go snowshoeing. I love to junk journal and have journals made for most years of my life. Reading is also a favorite of mine. Turning on my faux fireplace and playing “cozy ambience” videos on youtube for the right vibe while curled up with a book is my idea of a good time.
