Whether it's a delayed vendor, a timeline adjustment, a missing item, or any other unforeseen obsitacales, I work quietly and efficiently to resolve issues before they impact your big day. Ultimate Coordination
- No time limit, we will be there from start to finish

Month of Wedding Coordinator
- Everything included in wedding day management
- Close communication with vendors & venue coordinator
- Contract review
- Detailed spreadsheets w/ all wedding day information
- Detailed wedding day timeline
- Up to 12 hours of service day of
take the lead of wedding rehearsal/ rehearsal dinner (if needed)
- As needed communication via phone, text, or email
- As many meetings as necessary

Wedding Day Management
- Consistent email communication throughout planning process
- Up to ten hours of service day of

- Be point of contact for all vendors to come to with questions
- Three or more scheduled video calls prior to the wedding date
- A shoulder to lean on; if you need a second opinion or advice, I’m here to help!
Wedding Day Decorator
- Three or more video calls to discuss decor ideas, centerpieces, floral arrangements, and planning for the big day
- I’ll arrive bright and early to start set up and stay until catering has finished plating the tables
- Up to five hours of service
- Assist with Decor for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
Additionals:
Assist with ceremony / dinner turnover $150

From organizing your special day to dealing with each hiccup that pops up, I'm happy to be your go to gal! My top priority is bringing my organization skills and my ability to create a smooth flow. Your wedding day should be remembered as only the best memories and not the stress that can occur throughout. Hi, I’m Tori! I'm the head wedding coordinator for Jaimie Lauren Collective. I’d love to chat and learn more about your vision so we can create the perfect day together!
When I’m not coordinating weddings, you can usually find me spending time with my two tinies, River and Rhodes. Some of my favorite things include gardening, taking my boys on bike rides, walking along the Hudson Pier, thrifting, and browsing local farmers markets. I also love journaling and have a standing weekly journaling date with my two best friends that we call the “Silly Goose Club.” And while I love reading, these days I’m usually listening to books on Audible since there aren’t many moments where I’m sitting still.
I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for 13 years, and we actually got married on my graduation day- so I know firsthand just how emotional, exciting, and unforgettable a wedding day can be.
That’s a big part of why I care so deeply about what I do. Wedding coordination is something I take seriously, and I strive to make every wedding feel seamless, joyful, and genuinely special for my couples. Whether I’m managing timelines, calming nerves, solving last-minute problems, or handling the behind-the-scenes details, my goal is always the same: making sure my couples can fully soak in one of the best days of their lives.
